Text

A.The holder or holders of title or evidence of title representing one half or more of any body of lands adjacent and contiguous to the boundary of a drainage district which together constitute one parcel of land, may file with the board of directors of the district a written petition praying that the boundaries of the district be changed to include such contiguous lands. The petition shall describe the boundaries of the parcel of land, and also describe the boundaries of the several parcels owned by the petitioners, if petitioners are the owners, respectively, of distinct parcels, but the description need not be more particular than is required for lands entered by the county assessor in the assessment book.
