A.In order to propose the organization of an agricultural improvement district, a petition shall be presented to the board of supervisors of the county in which the lands within the proposed district, or the greater portion thereof, are located, signed by the required number of holders of title or evidence of title to the lands within such proposed district.
B.The petition shall set forth and particularly describe the proposed boundaries of such district, or if the lands proposed to be included in the district are not contiguous, may set forth the description by legal subdivisions of the several tracts of land proposed to be included in the district, and shall pray that the lands be organized as an agricultural improvement district under the provisions of this chapter, under such name a
