Text
A.The board of directors of a sanitary district may declare further maintenance or use of a cesspool, septic tank or other local means of sewage disposal within the district a public nuisance and abate them.
B.The board may require any building within the district inhabited or used by human beings to be connected with the sewerage system of the district.
C.Before the time any fee, levied under section 48-2027, or assessment, levied under section 48-2057, is due, the board shall receive and consider applications from individual lot or parcel owners for financial assistance in paying connection fees, hookup fees and capacity charges. The application shall be in a form approved by the board and the applicant shall provide reasonable evidence that the applicant lacks the financial capabil
