Text
A.Fifteen days before an election held under this article, the secretary of the board shall cause notice specifying the polling places of each division to be posted in three public places in each election division, stating the time and place of holding the election. The secretary shall also post a general notice thereof in the office of the board.
B.Prior to the time for posting the notices, the board shall appoint from each division from among the electors thereof three judges, one of whom shall act as clerk, who shall constitute a board of election for the division. If the board fails to appoint a board of election, or the members appointed do not attend the opening of the polls on the morning of the election, the electors of the division present at the hour named in the notice may ap
