A.Bonds issued under this article shall be fully negotiable within the meaning and for all purposes under the applicable provisions of title 44. They may be in one or more series, bear such dates, be payable in such medium of payment, at such places, carry such registration privileges, be executed in such manner, contain such other terms, covenants and conditions, and be in such form, either couponed or registered, as the board of directors may by resolution prescribe.
