Text
A.The authority shall have a board of directors. Each director who is appointed pursuant to this section shall have one vote.
B.The board consists of persons who are appointed by the resolutions of the municipal corporations and the county that are authority members and, if appointed, the person who is appointed pursuant to subsection C of this section. Each authority member shall appoint one director to the board. Each director who is appointed pursuant to this subsection shall serve at the pleasure of the authority member that appointed him. Each director who is appointed pursuant to this subsection may be removed from the board by resolution of the authority member that appointed him.
