A.The superintendent of the home shall manage the state sovereign land described as follows: Yavapai county parcel number 115-09-98A; section 29, township 14 north, range 2 west of the Gila and Salt River base and meridian, Yavapai county, Arizona.
B.The superintendent of the home:
1.Shall maintain the Arizona pioneers' home cemetery located on the land described in subsection A of this section.
2.May authorize burials in the Arizona pioneers' home cemetery located on the land described in subsection A of this section.
3.Shall not sell, exchange or barter the land described in subsection A of this section, with the exception of interment rights. The superintendent shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, the proceeds from any sale of interment rights in the cemeter
