A.Only institutions, organizations or corporations organized for scientific, research or land use planning purposes may pursue any activity prescribed in section 41-841.
B.No such activity may be undertaken until a permit is first secured therefor from the director of the Arizona state museum.
C.Permits shall be granted by the director for such periods of time and under such regulations as he may from time to time determine to institutions, organizations or corporations which are qualified to conduct such activities and which shall undertake to propagate the knowledge to be gained and to preserve permanently all objects, photographs and records in public repositories under their own supervision or control, or the supervision or control of other similar institutions, organizations or c
