§ 41-748 — Transfer of accumulated annual leave; definitions

A.The director shall adopt procedures for the transfer of accumulated annual leave from one employee to another employee in the same state agency and for transfer of accumulated annual leave from one employee to another state employee in another state agency if the employees are members of the same family. The transfers may occur if the employee to whom the leave is transferred has a seriously incapacitating and extended illness or injury or a seriously incapacitating and extended disability that is caused by pregnancy or childbirth or a member of the employee's immediate family has a seriously incapacitating and extended illness or injury or a seriously incapacitating and extended disability that is caused by pregnancy or childbirth and the employee has exhausted all available leave bal
