A.The Arizona outdoor recreation coordinating commission is established. The commission shall be composed of seven members consisting of the director of the Arizona game and fish department, the director of the Arizona state parks board and five members appointed by the governor. The ex officio members may not serve as officers of the commission. Of the members appointed by the governor three shall be professional full-time parks and recreation department directors of a county, city, or town and no two shall reside in the same county. Two members appointed by the governor shall be from the general public and each shall have broad experience in outdoor recreation.
