Text
A.The board of manufactured housing is established. The board consists of the following nine members who are appointed by the governor pursuant to section 38-211:
1.One member who represents the manufacturers of manufactured homes.
2.One member who represents the installer industry.
3.One member who represents manufactured home park owners.
4.One member who represents financial institutions.
5.One member who represents the manufacturers of factory-built buildings.
6.One Member who represents the dealers and brokers.
7.Three members of the public, at least one of whom has as his residence a mobile or manufactured home and is a resident of a mobile home park or manufactured home park, who represent who the consumers of this state.
B.Each member shall be appointed for a term
