§ 41-2105 — State and local government coordination

31.Rpld. 1/1/29) To integrate authorizations, each agency, to the maximum extent practicable, shall carry out its obligations with respect to a participating project under any other applicable law concurrently and in conjunction with other authorizations being conducted by other agencies or local governments unless the agency determines that doing so would impair the agency's ability to carry out its statutory obligations.
