A. The Arizona-Ireland trade commission is established in the authority. The commission membership consists of: 1. Two members who have knowledge of or any involvement in organizations that promote Irish affairs or who have interest in the well-being of trade relations between this state and Ireland. The president of the senate shall appoint these members. 2. Two members who have knowledge of or any involvement in organizations that promote Irish affairs or who have interest in the well-being of trade relations between this state and Ireland. The speaker of the house of representatives shall appoint these members. 3. Five members who are appointed by the governor, including:

(a)At least one member from a public institution of higher education.
