§ 36-942 — Sale of kosher food

A.It is unlawful, with intent to defraud:
1.To sell, offer or expose for sale, by any method or in any form, any meat or meat product, food or food product, whether raw or prepared for human consumption, which in any manner or by any device is falsely represented or held out to be kosher or composed exclusively of kosher products.
2.To sell, offer or expose for sale in the same place of business, both kosher and nonkosher meat, meat products, food or food products, unless there is prominently displayed in the show window of the place of business a sign bearing the words, in block letters not less than four inches in height, "kosher and nonkosher food sold here," and over each kind of meat, meat product, food or food product exposed or offered for sale a sign stating in block letters n
