An out-of-school time program provider that opts to be licensed as a child care facility pursuant to this article is not required to keep a roster of school-age children for each room or activity area within the child care facility if both of the following apply:
1.The program provider keeps a roster of school-age children who are present at the child care facility on entry to and exit from the child care facility.
2.The school-age children are supervised by designated staff as required by department rule when moving from one activity area to another activity area with their respective cohort.
