Text

The director, by rule, shall establish and collect nonrefundable fees that do not exceed:

1.Twenty-five dollars for an initial application.
2.Fifty dollars for an initial license.
3.Two hundred fifty dollars for testing.
4.Fifty dollars for license renewal.
5.Ten dollars for a duplicate license.
