§ 36-712 — Administration by the department

The department shall:

1.Own and control all personal property or interest in that property that is devoted and used by the tuberculosis control officer for purposes of this article.
2.Be the official custodian of all files and records that belong to or were kept at the Arizona state sanatorium before the sanatorium was converted to a hospital for children with a physical disability.
3.Be the official state agency to receive for deposit in an appropriate account of the public health fund and administer and expend any funds granted, contributed or made available by the federal government, appropriated by the state or received from other sources for the treatment, prevention or control of tuberculosis.
