Text
A.The department shall provide a priority matrix for complaints filed against health care institutions on the department's public website. The priority matrix shall detail the following:
1.The various levels of complaints.
2.The process for determining the complaint level assignment.
3.The time frames for initiating a complaint investigation.
B.Before conducting a complaint investigation, the department shall disclose to the licensee the level of the complaint.
