A.The health services licensing fund is established consisting of monies deposited pursuant to sections 30-654, 32-1308, 32-2805, 36-405, 36-765.05, 36-766.06, 36-851.01, 36-882, 36-897.01, 36-1903, 36-2063 and 36-4204. The department of health services shall administer the fund.
B.Monies in the fund are subject to legislative appropriation.
C.Monies in the fund are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations.
