A.The administration shall pay medicare part B premiums pursuant to federal law for and on behalf of a member who is eligible pursuant to section 36-2901, paragraph 6, subdivision (a), item (i) or (ii) and who is enrolled pursuant to this article and article 2 of this chapter.
B.The administration shall pay the medicare part A hospital premium for each qualified person with a disability and working individual who is determined eligible pursuant to section 1905(s) of title XIX of the social security act. The administration shall determine the eligibility of all persons who are qualified with a disability and working individuals in accordance with section 6408(d) of the omnibus budget reconciliation act of 1989.
