§ 36-2858 — Lawful operation of marijuana establishments and marijuana testing facilities

Except as specifically and expressly provided in section 36-2857 and notwithstanding any other law, it is lawful and is not an offense under the laws of this state or any locality, may not constitute the basis for detention, search or arrest, and may not constitute the sole basis for seizure or forfeiture of assets or the basis for imposing penalties under the laws of this state or any locality for: 1. A marijuana establishment, or an agent acting on behalf of a marijuana establishment, to:

(a)Possess marijuana or marijuana products.
(b)Purchase, sell or transport marijuana and marijuana products to or from a marijuana establishment.
(c)Sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers, except that a marijuana establishment may not sell more t
