§ 36-2516 — Substances in schedule V; rules

A. The board shall adopt by rule the schedule V controlled substances listed in 21 Code of Federal Regulations section 1308.15 and shall amend the rules, as necessary, to reflect any changes in the schedule V controlled substance designations.

B. Any compound or preparation containing the single active ingredient ephedrine or any of its salts is included in schedule V.
