A. A person who wishes to be licensed as an audiologist shall: 1. Submit a nonrefundable application fee as prescribed by section 36-1908. 2. Submit evidence satisfactory to the director that the applicant has:

(a)A doctoral degree with an emphasis in audiology from a nationally or regionally accredited college or university in an accredited program consistent with the standards of this state's universities.
(b)Completed supervised clinical rotations in audiology from a nationally or regionally accredited college or university in an accredited program consistent with the standards of this state's universities. 3.
