§ 32-805 — Secretary of board; duties
A.The secretary of the board shall receive compensation as determined pursuant to section 38-611.
B.The secretary shall:
1.Receive and disburse monies of the board.
2.Keep minutes of board meetings.
3.Keep a record of licenses issued, refused, suspended and revoked, and of applications for licensure.
4.Perform other duties the board prescribes.
