Text
A.An establishment shall not change from the name of one licensee to another or from one location to another or change its trade name without filing a new application and paying the prescribed fee.
B.Within ten days after any change of ownership of the establishment or change in the establishment's location, the establishment owner shall notify the board in writing, file a new application and pay the prescribed fee.
