Text
A.Except as provided in section 32-4301, an establishment license is renewable each year on or before the anniversary date of the first license by meeting all the requirements for an establishment license and paying the prescribed renewal fee.
B.An establishment owner who fails to renew the owner's establishment license each year on or before the anniversary date of the license shall apply pursuant to section 32-541 and pay the prescribed fee and delinquent renewal penalty.
