Text
A.A person is entitled to receive a license to operate an establishment if the person:
1.Submits to the board an application for an establishment license on a form supplied by the board.
2.Pays the prescribed fee.
B.The safety and sanitary requirements specified by the board in its rules shall be requirements while an establishment is operating.
C.Each establishment shall have an individual designated as the manager of the establishment.
