A.In connection with the investigation by the board on its own motion or as the result of information received pursuant to section 32-2934, subsection A, the board or its authorized agents or employees shall at all reasonable times have access to, for the purpose of examination, and the right to copy any documents, reports, records or any other physical evidence of any person being investigated, or the reports, records and any other documents maintained by and in possession of any hospital, clinic, office, laboratory, pharmacy or any other public or private agency, and any health care institution as defined in section 36-401, if these documents, reports, records or evidence relate to medical competence, unprofessional conduct or the mental or physical ability of a licensee to practice hom
