A.A board of homeopathic and integrated medicine examiners' fund is established. Pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, the board shall deposit ten percent of all monies collected under this chapter in the state general fund and deposit the remaining ninety percent in the board of homeopathic and integrated medicine examiners' fund.
B.Monies deposited in the fund are subject to section 35-143.01.
