A.In connection with an investigation conducted by the board on its own motion or as the result of information received pursuant to section 32-2551, subsection A, the board or its duly authorized agent or employee at all reasonable times shall have access to, for the purpose of examination, and the right to copy any documents, reports, records or other physical evidence of any person being investigated or the reports, the records and any other documents maintained by and in the possession of any hospital, clinic, physician's office, physician assistant's office, laboratory, pharmacy, health care institution as defined in section 36-401 or other public or private agency if the documents, reports, records or evidence relate to a physician assistant's medical competence, unprofessional condu
