Text
A.The board shall compile and publish on its web site a directory containing:
1.The names and addresses of the officers and members of the board.
2.The names and addresses of all licensees.
3.The current board rules.
4.A copy of this chapter.
5.Additional information the board deems of interest and importance to licensees.
B.A licensee shall inform the board in writing of the licensee's current residence address, office address and telephone number within thirty days of each change in this information. The board may assess the costs incurred by the board in locating a licensee and may assess a civil penalty of not more than one hundred dollars against a licensee who fails to notify the board within thirty days from the date of any change of information required to be reported
