A.Each applicant for licensure or certification shall file a verified completed application in the form and style required and supplied by the board and accompanied by the appropriate application fee prescribed in section 32-1527. The filing of an application grants the board the authority to obtain information from any licensing board or agency in any state, district, territory or county of the United States or another country, from the Arizona criminal justice information system in the department of public safety and from the federal bureau of investigation. The fingerprints submitted shall be used to obtain a state and federal criminal records check pursuant to section 41-1750 and Public Law 92-544.
