Text
A.A person shall not advertise or operate a crematory, unless the person has received a certificate of authority from the state real estate department, without first obtaining a crematory license issued by the department of health services.
B.A licensed crematory and its employees shall follow all applicable provisions of this article and rules adopted pursuant to this article. A licensed crematory shall provide appropriate training for its employees and is strictly accountable for compliance by both its licensed and unlicensed employees with this article and all applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations regarding occupational and workplace health and safety.
