§ 32-1333 — Notice of change in employment

A.An embalmer or funeral director who is licensed under this article shall notify the department in writing within ten business days after a change in employment. The notice shall include the names of the former and the new establishment.
B.A responsible funeral director who is licensed under this article shall notify the department in writing within five business days after a change in employment, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and other legal holidays.
