A.Any person wishing to construct a slaughtering establishment and wishing to be granted state meat inspection service shall submit his proposed plant architectural drawings to the chief veterinary meat inspector who shall examine them and advise as to whether or not the plans meet the requirements of this chapter and whether they conform with the minimum requirements of the department.
B.Slaughtering establishments which have been granted state meat inspection service and which intend to do any remodeling of their slaughtering facilities shall submit their architectural drawings of such proposed remodeling to the chief veterinary meat inspector who shall examine them and advise as to whether or not the plans meet the requirements of this chapter and whether they conform with the minimu
