A.An officer, inspector or other employee of this state authorized to perform any of the duties prescribed by this title who knowingly accepts any money, gift or other thing of value from any person, firm or corporation or their officers, agents or employees given with intent to influence his official action is guilty of a class 4 felony.
B.Any person, firm or corporation or any agent or employee of any person, firm or corporation who knowingly gives, pays or offers, directly or indirectly, to any officer, inspector or other employee of this state who is authorized to perform any of the duties prescribed by this title or by the rules adopted under this title any money or other thing of value with intent to influence the officer, inspector or employee in the discharge of any duty provide
