A.A transportation network company driver shall accept rides booked and paid for exclusively through a transportation network company's digital network or software application. The department may impose a civil penalty of not more than one thousand five hundred dollars per violation against any transportation network company driver who is found to be soliciting or accepting street hails.
B.A transportation network company shall maintain individual trip records for at least one year after the date each trip was provided and transportation network company driver records until the one-year anniversary of the date of the driver's activation on the transportation network company's digital network or software application has ended and shall make the records available to the department on req
