§ 28-8603 — Applicability
Arizona·Title 28 Arizona Revised Statutes·Ch. 25 AVIATION·Art. 9 Advanced Air Mobility Infrastructure
This article applies only to advanced air mobility aircraft, including an eCTOL, eVTOL and a powered lift aircraft, that have both of the following:
1.A gross takeoff weight of three hundred pounds or more.
2.The capability of carrying passengers as defined in section 28-8201 or cargo.
