§ 28-6351 — Definitions

In this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

1."Enhancement" means an addition that exceeds generally accepted engineering or design standards for the specific type of facility.

2."Plan" means the comprehensive, performance-based, multimodal and coordinated regional strategic transportation infrastructure investment plan approved for the county pursuant to section 28-6308, as amended or otherwise modified.
