§ 26-302 — General powers of governor

(L21, Ch. 405, sec. 7) The governor may delegate any of the powers vested in the office of the governor under this chapter to the adjutant general who may further delegate the powers to the director of emergency management except the powers enumerated in section 26-303, subsections A through I.
