Text
The hazard mitigation revolving fund is established consisting of monies appropriated by the legislature and monies received from the federal government. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated. The department of emergency and military affairs shall administer the fund. Monies in the fund shall be used in accordance with the guidelines established pursuant to the safeguarding tomorrow through ongoing risk mitigation act (P.L. 116-284; 134 Stat. 4869).
