Text
The director shall open to public inspection at any reasonable time each filing and supporting information filed pursuant to this article except information in a filing or supporting information that is a trade secret under title 44, chapter 4, article 1. The insurer or filer shall have the burden of asserting to the director that the information is a trade secret. A person may obtain copies of materials open to public inspection upon request and payment of a reasonable charge.
