A.Except as provided in subsections B and C of this section, every rating organization and every insurer that transacts workers' compensation insurance in this state shall adhere to plans approved by the director as the uniform statistical plan, uniform classification plan and uniform experience rating plan for the state.
B.A rating organization may use its own statistical plan to the extent that the statistical plan does not materially conflict with the uniform statistical plan for the purposes of making all reports to the statistical agent designated by the director pursuant to section 20-371, subsection D. The rating organization shall file its statistical plan with the director and receive the director's approval before using its own statistical plan.
