A.The director may make reasonable rules necessary for effectuating any provision of this title.
B.The director shall make rules concerning proxies, consents or authorizations in respect of securities issued by domestic stock insurance companies having a class of equity securities held of record by one hundred or more persons to conform with the requirements of section 12(g)(2)(G)(ii) of the securities exchange act of 1934, as amended, and as may be amended. Such rule shall not apply to any such company having a class of equity securities which are registered or are required to be registered pursuant to section 12 of the securities exchange act of 1934, as amended, or as may be amended.
