Text

A.Every insurance contract shall be construed according to the entirety of its terms and conditions as set forth in the policy and as amplified, extended or modified by any rider, endorsement or application attached to and made a part of the policy.
B.An insurance policy that is translated into a language other than English and that is issued for delivery by an insurer in this state does not amplify, extend or modify the terms of the English language version of the policy if the policy contains a disclaimer that is prominently displayed on the cover page or a page that corresponds to the cover page in a contrasting color or bold-faced type in the translated language and that states: "The English language version of this policy controls in the event of a conflict or varying interpretatio
