Text
The office of English language acquisition services in the department of education shall: 1. Require each school district and charter school to annually submit a report to the department that includes the following information identified by grade level and by school:
(a)The total number of pupils who are classified as English language learners as verified by the student accountability information system established by section 15-1041.
(b)The number of pupils who are classified as English language learners for the first time as verified by the student accountability information system established by section 15-1041.
(c)The number of English language learners who achieved English proficiency in the past academic year and who have been reclassified as English proficient as verified by
