§ 12-943 — Authorized dispositions
Arizona·Title 12 Arizona Revised Statutes·Ch. 7 SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS IN WHICH THE STATE IS A PARTY·Art. 8 Unclaimed Property in Hands of Public Agency
All property that is described in section 12-941 and that is in the possession of a state, county, city or town agency may only be disposed of pursuant to this article.
