§ 12-1863 — Certification order; contents
Arizona·Title 12 Arizona Revised Statutes·Ch. 10 MISCELLANEOUS SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Art. 3 Certification of Questions of Law Act
A certification order shall set forth both of the following:
1.The questions of law to be answered.
2.A statement of all facts relevant to the questions certified and showing fully the nature of the controversy in which the questions arose.
