§ 12-1138 — Severability

Arizona·Title 12 Arizona Revised Statutes·Ch. 8 SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS RELATING TO PROPERTY·Art. 2. Private Property Rights Protection Act
(Caution: 1998 Prop. 105 applies) If any provision of this act or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid that invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of the act that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this act are severable.
