(a)Public employees who may be exposed to hazardous chemicals shall be informed of such exposure and shall have access to the workplace chemical list, material safety data sheets for the hazardous chemicals on the workplace chemical list, and information and training as provided in this subchapter.
(b)No public employer shall discharge or cause to be discharged or otherwise discipline or discriminate against a public employee because the public employee has requested information, filed a complaint, assisted an inspector of the Director of the Division of Labor, or instituted or caused to be instituted any complaint or proceeding under or related to this subchapter or has testified or is about to testify in any such proceeding or has exercised any rights afforded by this subchapter on beh
